Salesly.ai Terms of Service

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Salesly.

Salesly is intended for business and professional use only. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You may not:

  Copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of Salesly;

  Access or collect data from Salesly using automated means (e.g., scraping or bots);

  Use Salesly's data to create a competing product or service;

• -

  Use Salesly to send spam, unlawful, or misleading communications.

Salesly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this section.

Salesly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes during your subscription term, subject to these Terms.

Some Services require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Salesly (or its third-party payment processor) to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. Fees paid are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Salesly processes business contact and related information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the CCPA/CPRA and GDPR.

Salesly uses artificial intelligence and data from both public and licensed third-party sources to provide insights and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, Salesly does not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or correctness of any data, lead, or AI-generated output. Users are responsible for verifying all information and for ensuring lawful use of any contact data.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including but not limited to software, algorithms, interfaces, databases, and documentation, belong to Salesly or its licensors. You retain ownership of your data but grant Salesly a limited right to process, host, and use it as necessary to provide the Services.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used freely by Salesly without obligation.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information disclosed in connection with the Services. This obligation continues for three (3) years after termination.

You may stop using Salesly at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to Salesly or others. Upon termination, your license will cease, but relevant provisions (e.g., confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability) will survive.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salesly and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Salesly may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in San Francisco, California, unless otherwise required by law.

• Entire Agreement:

  These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Salesly.

• Severability:

  If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

• Assignment:

  You may not assign your rights without our written consent.

• Waiver:

  Our failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of that term.
